Can't change my payout account

Question

I have lost hundreds of dollars because I have a now closed bank account that ebay will not let me delete without adding a new one which I can't do because EBAY WON'T LET ME DELETE THE OLD ONE! The system is in a complete loop and there is no escape, no contact email address for service and the absolute garbage chat function tells me to contact customer service with NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO IT!!!

That sounds frustrating.

1) Add the new account, it will ask you the details of the old account as you do so.

2) Contact your old bank about the deposits. It's likely that they are returning them to eBay.

Scroll to the Bottom of the page

1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:

In the CHAT WINDOW

2) Type "payments"
3) Type "Agent" in the chat window
4) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
5) Click “Have Us Call You” (or "call us")

-- If you use a call filter on your phone, turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.
