Cant cancel listing
I listed an item. Someone bought the item but hasn’t paid for it. That was 2 months ago. I have sent invoices and messages and still no payment. eBay wants me to give feedback on the sale. I cannot cancel the order, or delete it. This is ridiculous, i want to re-list the item but cannot. Customer service does nothing, no way to talk to a live person about it.

eBay allows you to cancel a sale for non-payment after 5 full days and no longer than 30 days. After 30 days you can no longer cancel.
To list the item again select the sell similar option, not relist. That will open an exact copy of the listing that you can make any changes to and list again.
