cant cancel an item that a customer never paid for

365783935597-10077799046917 this listing was an offer i accepted and the customer never paid so its just been sitting there and even though i put relist, it still shows up pending shipping, and does not allow me to cancel. what do i do to have it removed from the waiting for payment area?>

@ccanciobello09 Did you cancel the order as buyer hasn't paid on the 5th business day after the sale? You can only cancel orders within 30 days of the date of the sale.
