Can't cancel a listing violation

eBay canceled my listing for an Air Force Security Police uniform patch because I used the word "badge" in the title. They told me to resolve the issue. I tried to end the listing but all I got was "resolution failed.

You've run into a problem many have had once...

From my experience, and others, it will just stay there. Even if you do everything you can to "Resolve" it, it just stays.

Over time, it will eventually go away. It took months for mine to finally disappear. I even contated Customer Service. There's nothing they can do. They might leave it remind you, and them, that you did it so sellers aren't tempted to try to circumvent the system and list an "infringing" item again. Not sure about that though!

If you're unsure, can you post a screenshot of it? Make sure you've clicked the dropdown and done all you can to "resolve" it (edit the listing, anything it will allow).
