Can’t ask seller

Question

After I pay for an item or receive the item and have a problem with it, I go to ask the seller but it won’t work. I can ask a question on a product I did not buy. What’s the fix?

Go to your Purchase History, find the item and click on "More actions" then choose "Contact seller".
Next to "Still have questions?" click on "Contact seller"
In the pop up window that appears, start typing your question inside the box where it says "Send message"
Click on the "Send message" button.
