Can't appeal selling limit until October...
I sell CDs which are performances by my late husband, which I own and which sell pretty well, since he was a relatively well-known and well-loved jazz artist. I have "defects" on my account and have been unable to relist my best-selling albums because the selling limit is a fixed amount and nothing I do can change it. I've called support. I finally got the message that if I perform well with the remaining three albums on my site and have no more defects, I'm good ONE YEAR AFTER the last defect. I understand that I'm locked out, but until October? Since March? Eight months? Is there nothing I can do?

Mentor2 years agoHi @straightlife Not all defects are created equal. Some are more serious than others. Apparently yours were in a category that effected your sales limit. If you've already spoken to eBay customer service and they said they could not raise your limit, then you may have to wait it out. But if your defects aren't in the super serious category, you might try contacting eBay for Business on Facebook and asking them about it. Other members often post how eBay for Business was able to help them after customer service would or could not. You can use the link below and message them on their Facebook page using the blue Message button. Good luck!

Relatively well-known? He was Art Pepper, fachrissake! He was famous! I have at least one for sure, and I think two, Buddy Rich big band albums that Art Pepper plays on.
