Can't add protection plan after purchase
I received a discount offer for an item that offered a 2 year Allstate protection plan, but when I purchased the item I missed checking the box. According to eBay I should be able to add the plan after purchase by using the item number but when I do I get a message that the "item cannot be found", due to the being "closed". I have contacted the seller but have not gotten a reply.
How do I add a protection plan to this item, which is NEW.
