Can't add payment method / Can't refund buyer
I can't add a payment method necessary to refund a buyer. I've already successfully added my credit card in the Payments section, it's displayed right there and there are sufficient funds on it to cover the 5.48 Euro fee. Despite this, eBay doesn't recognize my card at all, incessantly asking me to add a payment method. Every time I try clicking the button in the picture and adding all of my existing card details, I'm presented only with a buffering circle. Then the site reloads and nothing changes. I also get no error message of any kind.
What am I doing wrong here? I've been trying to refund my customer for almost a week and I just can't do it.

You need a method for automatic payouts and you need to specify a method for selling costs that aren't taken from your payout. That would be the .30 transaction fee eBay charges when you refund.

OP3 years agoI already have my credit card assigned for selling costs, the issue here is eBay doesn't recognize it at all when I try to make a refund...
