Can't add bank account as ebay fills in user name in account holders name box and its locked.
I do not want to change my ebay account user name but ebay won't let me fill in my personal name which is on my ebay account.
Tried automated help and ebay thinks I'm in the USA and wont recognise my uk phone number
My funds cant be extracted from ebay
Any ideas? Thanks

eBay requires the same name and street address be registered on eBay and the checking account to be used for payment, so if you cannot change one, you will have to change the other (or provide a new account in the correct name and address).
