Can't add any additional delivery services
I sold something and went to print out my label yesterday. I use UPS ground. Problem I had was eBay's new template allows you to change the package dimensions and delivery service but once I selected UPS ground, there was no option to add signature required or additional insurance. Never had this issue before. I'm not selling anything else on ebay unless this gets fixed.

Mentor2 years ago@len19590. You have to switch to the advanced label form on the upper right of the label page so you have all the options such as insurance and signature on delivery.
Personally not a fan of the new basic shipping label page. It feels like an unnecessary addition.
Another good option if you wish to use UPS is to buy the label on Pirateship.
