Can’t access the eBay help page

Question

Hi - I need to contact eBay.I’ve tried several times and I’m receiving the same message, “ Pardon our interruption - and then. something about your browser made us think you were a bot …. I’ve tried ringing them and getting the automated voice saying “go to the help page and press the contact us button. I’m getting nowhere. Can anyone advise?
