can't access my account

Question

I keep trying to log on to my seller account but ebay only puts me into something it created today with no history of buying or selling and when I log out and try to log into a different account, it does the same thing. I don't know what to do. I have sold something and can't respond.

There have been no sales under that account. I suspect you must have another account, and that is where the sale was made. Do you have another email address? Each ebay account must have a unique email address.
