Can't access extra warranty I purchased when I bought Apple airpods
I purchased Apple Airpod pro headphones as well as an Allstate 2-year protection plan on eBay. The Airpods' microphone doesn't work. I'm trying to start a claim with Allstate (full refund in first 30 days), but the email they have associated with the purchase is a strange (probably automatically created) email that includes my eBay handle. I don't have access to that email, so I cannot sign in to Allstate to start the claim. Any ideas what I should do???

Mentor4 months ago@48ttq_25 If it has been less than 30 days since you made the purchase then you should file a not as described return case.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

Allstate is hard to get a refund OR even service from.

If You cancel this Protection Plan within the first thirty (30) days after purchase of this Protection Plan You will receive a 100% refund of the Protection Plan Price. If You cancel after the first thirty (30) days from purchase of this Protection Plan, You will receive a pro rata refund based on the time remaining on Your Protection Plan.
We may cancel this Protection Plan at Our option on the basis of nonpayment, fraud, or material misrepresentation by You or for any reason on forty-five (45) days' written notice to You. If We cancel Your Protection Plan, You will receive a pro rata refund.
