You would have been able to see the shipping time before you chose to purchase the item. Once you purchase an item, you are obligated to follow through with the seller's terms of sale which includes the shipping time.
You can contact the seller and ask if they would cancel the transaction, but be aware that the seller is not obligated to agree with your request.
