I purchased a Canon MB2120 printer in December, 2025 from eBay. On 5/1/2026, the printer would not print, so I contacted Canon. Canon stated they would not repair or replace the printer because it is a third party item. Canon does not honor eBay or their sellers. I asked to clarify this, and the technician told me to check the Canon warranty.
I found out the printer even though NEW was purchased from Staples by an eBay seller and then sold to me through eBay.
I also purchased an Allstate Protection Plan for this printer, but I am having difficulty convincing them to honor the agreement.
