Cannot VERIFY a $900.00 charge from EBAY. Can't reach anyone - **bleep**?
I am attempting to verify a charge from Paypal relative to an EBAY purchase. I can't find a purchase for this time-frame or that amount in my EBAY purchase history. Ebay clearly goes to extremes to avoid providing customer service. Since there is no option to get information, and since you can't reach anyone at EBAY relative to VERIFYING A PURCHASE, what am I supposed to do?

Mentor2 years ago@mhen2655 Is it possible that you or someone in your household made the purchase as a guest?
If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=
Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
