Cannot upload updated tracking information to buyer
Buyer is saying they have not received item. I checked tracking and it says out for delivery but not delivered. Expected delivery date was early February. When I go to upload tracking info update to the buyer. eBay gives me an “unknown error message†I have checked the tracking number and delivery courier. (USPS) All information is correct and I’m still getting an error prompt. How do I go about this issue so my seller rating doesn’t get a blemish.
