Cannot upload photos for return item in ANY format

Question

I have opened a return request. However, the app has rejected required photos in order to process a return. I have resized and converted to all formats suggested by the app and still cannot upload them. Need assistance uploading the photos.

Try using a browser instead of the app to start your return.

Be sure you are including at least two lines of text separated by a "newline" character but using no other special characters, just text.

If you are unable to start your return online, contact eBay through the chat assistant to request a call back and have customer service start the return for you.
