Cannot understand why I am getting an error message invalid postal code

Doing a template upload. I tried both csv and excel formats. I contacted support last week. They supposedly put in a trouble ticket...blamed a bug in the system. And I have not heard anything back. Any ideas? (US based, US zip code).
