Cannot track order as guest.

Question

I recently purchased an item as a guest and was sent the confirmation email. When I click order details. It cannot find my order. I created an account and it still cannot find it.

Guest orders are not connected to your eBay account. For help with a guest order you must first sign out of your eBay account and then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay, or else right-click on that link and choose to open in a private or incognito browser window.
