Cannot submit Report seller suspicious activity

Question

I've completed the form at https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicId=4850 but when I try to submit my report about suspicious activity by a seller (repeatedly cancelling auction and relisting) I get a red "We ran into a problem. Please try again later". I've tried again several times over the course of a few days. Is there another way to make the report?

@d.chesler Be sure you are using the correct seller username, not the store name which may appear in the listing. The username should appear on the classic feedback page of the user.
