cannot ship
I have two items that sold, but I can't ship due to the fact that I ended up in the hospital. How do I cancel the sale and issue a complete refund

·2 years agoGo to the orders and click Cancel in the menu next to the items and select Out Of Stock as the reason.
You'll have to add a funding source to cover the refunds until the buyers payment is released.
