cannot return item because item not on purchases
Item needs to be on the purchase list before the return procedure can begin . I have emailed and also called ebay about the problem and no response.

OP2 years agoI could have paypaled as guest maybe because sometimes it does not want to except password. I checked the ebay guest deal and filled in id no. and email they called for and still no results. I have the email from ebay confirming the delivery 2-3 days ago. Thanks for the help. Been ebaying 15-20 yrs and never a problem.
