Cannot return an item
I purchased a pair of shoe. One of the shoe has problem. I have contacted eBay multiple times and talked to person. She informed me that something went wrong, because I purchased the shoes as a guest, but she can see my order and someone will contact me. I am running out time now and I would like to return the shoes. Is there anything I can do. Today, I cannot connect to a live person either.

Mentor2 years agoYou should have received an email with the subject "Guest Order" that has details about tracking and returns. If you cannot find this email, there is a way to resend here:
