Cannot Remove Combine Shipping

Question

I'm needing to remove my combine shipping option and replace it with a new one. I've already verified that all my listings are changed to envelope and a flat rate. No listings are using another business rule.

I'd like to help you if you return here and answer my questions

Specifically what problems are you having?

Can you give me the eBay Item Number for the listings?

Are you using Business Policies/Shipping policies?

I saw mostly trading cards which can ship eBay Standard Envelope if under $20

I saw some listings for 10+ cards shown with eBay Standard Envelope, but they need Ground Advantage.
