Cannot Reach Buyer to Confirm
My buyer requests the product to be shipped to someone else.
The buyer is not replying to my messages to confirm the sale. I've indicated I will cancel the sale without a confirmation from them.
What should I do?

Mentor9 months agoIf the buyer wants the item shipped to someone else, s/he chould have made that change when s/he went to ebay Checkout. To keep your seller protection, you need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. If the buyer sent you a message to send to a name/address different from the one attached to ebay Checkout, you need to file a Cancellation with the reason Problem with buyer's address. The buyer will be refunded. You then relist the item, send the buyer the new item number, buyer repurchases and this time when s/he sees the SHIP TO address, clicks CHANGE and makes the appropriate changes, and then pays. That will keep your seller protection.
