Cannot Purchase From App…
 
I am seeing this message on several items lately. The eBay chat bot doesn’t seem to know what I’m talking about when prompted.
Any ideas?

Many digital game items cannot be purchased using the eBay app. Apparently some actual non-digital game items in game categories are affected by this as well.
Try purchasing that item using a mobile browser instead of the app. If the app is set to open eBay browser links automatically, you may have to disable that option first.
