eBay is aware of the problem and is working to fix it.

If you still have a problem after eBay reports the issue is fixed on the status page then you should clear your browser history and restart your computer to get rid of any old cookies.
In the meantime I recommend using Piratship.com, it's free to use and integrates with eBay. The commercial rate prices are the same or sometimes even better than eBay labels. The only thing you can't buy there is Fed Ex and the eBay Standard Envelope for sports cards, etc.
