Cannot Print Return Label

Question

I'm trying to return an item. On my home laptop, I can "see" the return label, but don't have a printer. On a public computer (with a printer), when I click on the "print label" icon, it does nothing. When click on the "email label", I get the email, but I have the same problem ("print label" icon does nothing)

When you see the label, is it in pdf or jpg format?

Are you able to right click the label and save it to your computer? In that case you could email the file to yourself.

If not, can you screenshot it? and email that?
