Cannot pay for an item from a seller.

Question

i have a seller from whom i have purchased items in the past but now i try to purchase from him again new items but the system does not allows me and not to but several items or even one item. each time i want to complete the payment it shows me this message.

It looks like items from this seller currently aren't available for purchase. We recommend that you search for similar items from other sellers.

@jabaz8834 Possibly the seller no longer ships to Belgium, or the seller is using "time away".
