Cannot pay due to restrictions
Hi. I'm planning in getting an omnibus but for some reason this message kept popping up when i want to check out :
We are sorry, but the item you selected may not be purchased due to seller shipping restrictions or due to country-specific import/export or other relevant restrictions.
If anyone knows the possible causes of this do let me know. The seller's item indicates that it is able to be sold in my country which is Singapore but this restriction thing prevents me from buying the omnibus.

I suggest to use social media.
You can contact eBay's Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter.

If you don't have an account, you have to make one. Facebook is the easiest.
