Cannot Open The Link To My Return Label

Question

I initiated a return, and I received an email from ebay with a link to see my return details and to print my return shipping label. When I click on the link I get the following message:

"Something went wrong. It's not you, it's us. Please go back and try again"

I get the same message no matter how many times I try and no matter how much time in between tries. I can no longer see the purchase in my purchase history, and I cannot find a phone number to call ebay to straighten this out. Any suggestions?

If you are signed in to a different eBay account, the link won't work. You need to be signed in to the same eBay account to see the item in your Purchase History or to use the link to print the label.
