Cannot make a best offer after retracting and changing my address.
I made a best offer that me and the seller agreed upon in private, but as I sent it, I realized the shipping address was my old address, so, I retracted and updated. I now cant make an offer. This is my error message: This action could not be completed at this time.{e223737-1261533x}
