Mentor11 months ago@abcgang Have you updated your return policy for new parts and accessories to the required 30 day free returns? If you use Business Policies then you can update your policy here> https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage You can have a policy for Free Returns and another policy with Buyer Pays returns for other items.
If you do not wish to use Business Policies then you can opt out on the upper right of the policy page.
Whether or not you have to pay any of the return shipping costs depends on the REASON the buyer chooses when they file the return request.
The 50% reduction in eBay labels applies only when a buyer changes their mind after purchasing an item and wants to return it.
If a buyer wishes to return an item because it doesn’t fit their vehicle, we’ll cover the cost of the return shipping under eBay Guaranteed Fit. If the buyer reports that the item arrived damaged or doesn’t match the listing description, the seller is responsible for the full cost of the return label.
