Cannot leave negative feedback
Why is it that you cannot leave negative feedback for negative seller experience ?
My order failed authentication. I had questioned the photos of the item, and was told “it was the best his camera could doâ€, and that they have a 30 day return policy.
So I went through the process for nothing. Furthermore, the seller refunded the listing price, not the negotiated price. Does that mean that he didn’t honor the negotiated price?
All attempts to document my experience leaving feedback were re routed to ask if I wanted to contact the seller.
No, I wanted to leave feedback.
What gives here?

Mentor2 years agoIf the seller is a top rated seller, you cannot leave feedback until 7 days have passed. That is to allow time for the seller to correct whatever the problem might be. I do not know if that also applies if Authentication Guarantee is involved. Was the negotiated price more than the listing price?
