Cannot Leave Feedback for a Buyer

I sold something on January 3 and cannot leave feedback for the buyer. There is no error message. I simply do not see anywhere to initiate the process to leave feedback. It's usually very clear but not for this particular sale. The buyer has not left feedback for me. Odd...

If the buyer checked out as a guest, you will not be able to leave feedback; only users with accounts can receive (or give) feedback.
