cannot get thru to eBay for nonrefund issue from seller

Question

I returned item to seller after conversing with seller via email. Now more than 10 days since seller received return, I have no refund and seller does not return emails. Am going around in circles on eBay site to apply for eBay Money Back Guarantee!! The help tips state to find item in Purchases and select See return details and the select Ask eBay to step in................Well no such selections exist when I select the item in question and thus cannot get any contact to eBay Customer Service??????????

Did you use the eBay return shipping label from the case?
