IVE BOUGHT FAKE SILVER KRUGERRAND AND FAKE SILVER BAR-AND FOR WEEKS HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HELP AND CANNOT GET RESPONSE??ONE OF SELLERS STILL HAS STORE ON EBAY-WITH REVIEWS HES SELLING FAKE SILVER-I WANT MY MONEY BACK---IN THE PAST EBAY HAS ALWAYS BEEN QUICK TO HELP-TOTAL SILENCE THIS TIME--

You have thirty days from receipt of an item to file a "not as described" return. The seller will be required to either refund you or provide for tracked, return shipping and refund you upon return. If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days you should be able to ask for eBay to step in, up to twenty-one business days from starting your case before the case is closed without a refund automatically.
