Cannot get response from buyer
With the holiday season upon us, not only has my sales on different platforms been busy but the post office has been insane! So that said, there was a mix-up in packages, one on eBay and one on Poshmark. I found this out from the buyer on Poshmark. They are returning the item. I have reached out to the buyer here on eBay several times and have not heard back from her to get the other item returned. There was a phone number and it was her daughter's and I explained to her daughter what was going on but I have yet to hear back from seller after several messages have been sent. What do I do?
