If the part was delivered 30 days ago or less and if the Seller sent the wrong part, you should be covered under the eBay 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
If you ordered the wrong part or it's been more than 30 days since delivery, your return window with eBay has expired.
Your option then is to try to file a chargeback with your payment company. They also have deadlines.
