Cannot get any help I have tried everything in mind
Hello , thank you for your time and reading , it’s now 5:33 pm and I have tried all day to resolve an issue with a purchase I made here on eBay .com as I shop here frequently , but that’s soon to change with the assistance I’ve felt with today starting with the sellers reply response to my email requesting a refund , being that’s normal wear , you can buy replacements, but we don’t work the weekends , so we’ll reply to you Monday ! Pretty much telling me to **bleep** off. And I don’t mean that at all disrespectful but that’s exactly what she said and meant I have it in my email! I purchased a clutch for a vehicle eBay in April and have been building this car for a while , and finally started tuning about 2 months ago and long story short the clutch worked just fine until and less than 100 miles later it’s totally broke and I mean it went from working to just wouldn’t even allow the car to move , and again I’m asking for them to refund it , as I wouldn’t ever want to replace something like this that could be life or death if defective as well as the work required in replacing this is enormous, reason I simply asked for the refund , I hope this reaches someone who cares , and I hope eBay doesn’t ever end up infested with 1 mindset sellers selling a bunch of marked up aliexpress chinese products as that’s exactly what I have come to notice with this seller here . Everyone that has any common sense in automotive knows a clutch doesn’t have a lifespan of less than 100 miles and it’s clear in the pics that it was very new it just locked up being cheap metal. Again thanks for your time.

·2 years agoOn Ebay, you're only covered by the MBG for 30 days after you receive the item.
If you paid through Pay Pal, they give you 180 days from the time of purchase, so you might have a few days to open a case with them.
If you paid with a credit card, contact them and see how long their purchase protection is.
