Cannot get an email address from buyer
I sold 3 PDF files to a buyer - for a game called Quiddler. The buyer paid, and I can only send them the PDF files if I get their email address. I have already sent them 2 messages through eBay, and talked to eBay support once. Not sure what else to do. Do I need to refund them, or do I just wait for them to give me their email address.
