Cannot get a hold of a live agent
This is insane, I cannot get a hold of a HUMAN at eBay to assist with a return. I closed a return request in error, as I needed the funds to be returned to my original form of payment and not to the eBay account and now I cannot reopen the return request. I have spent two days trying to get a hold of "customer service", but that appears to be a non-existence role at eBay. I call a number I found but they claim they are too busy and they hang up.......... This is such a pain! It shouldn't be this difficult to request a refund. I will NEVER buy from eBay again, they have horrible customer service.
