Cannot Find Any Human Help from eBay!!
Is it possible to have human help from ebay? My sold listings are not being closed and removed. Also, I was notified of a sale last week that showed a date of nearly a month earlier! I did not receive notification of that sale on my phone or my CPU. When I attempted to Appeal the Defect it allowed me to input data in the More Information box, but it showed 0 (zero) characters used and kept the Submit button grayed.
I've been away from my store for a while tending a chronically ill family member, but am getting ready to load 300 items from an estate and am scared to death that I'm going to have on-going technical issues. I've been on ebay since 1998 and realize the changes have been monumental, but I've always been able to get human help, but I sure don't see how to do that now! Help! Thank yew!

Mentor3 years agoAt the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
