Cannot execute return
I want to do a return. I enter text with my reason the
item is defective. I attach a picture of the item. The "Continue"
button remains grayed and will not execute. I cannot proceed
beyond this point.

Mentor1 year agoBe sure you are including at least two separate lines of text explaining the issue, separated by a newline or carriage return.
If that does not help, try another browser.
