Cannot enter new credit card

Question

I need to add a new credit card, not update expiration date. I logged out and back in but continue to receive "server issue" message. I tried approaching by another route but no dice. Please advise.

If you use the App and are trying to make the change while using it, that could be the issue. If you use a VPN you need to disable it for ebay. Changes to Account financial info have to be when logged in from your device's browser the classic way with your username and password and its best to do it from home.

Login go to your My ebay page, look in the upper left for the Account button, click > Look under Payment information for Payments > You will be asked to login again and sent a code via text or email (your choice) once you've done that you will be redirected to The Payments page were you can add / delete your card info.
