cannot ebay, always says seller is deceased!

everytime I try to buy an item or submit an offer, I get a response saying the seller is deceased, I cannot go any farther. I cannot find anyway to contact eBay,

does anyone have any solutions or a direct contact number to eBay?

please let me know! Thank you

and how do you find community posts that are made?

It says:

This account has been marked as the account of a deceased member and will be closed soon. Therefore, you cannot buy or list products with this account. {e290033-1254325x}

That message seems to indicate that your account is the one that has been designated as that of a deceased member. If that is not the case, you need to contact eBay directly to find out why the account was so designated.

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.

Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
