cannot ebay, always says seller is deceased
Every time I try and buy or submit an offer, it directs me to a message saying the seller is deceased! I cannot move past that message and I cannot find anyway to contact someone at eBay to help! Does anyone here have a solution or contact info for eBay? Thank you!
