What happens when you try, exactly?
Some sellers may not accept messages. Try contacting a different seller to see if that works differently.
If the seller is still registered and accepts messages, you should be able to use the "contact" link in a seller's listing or in your Purchase History to send a message to the seller.
If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.
