Cannot contact seller
I purchased a jacket. Then I saw pick up not delivery. I contacted seller, can I get delivery? no response. I messaged if items too far away I need to cancel, no response. Then I tried to cancel, day later declined refund. Still seller has not gotten in touch with me. Now I go to purchases and there is no sign of this item and of course you cannot get in touch with EBay. Can anyone give me some advice on this issue please?

Here is how to formally request a refund of your full payment when an item doesn't arrive: (this is what to do when you aren't going to pickup the item)
✓ Open an "Item Not Received Case". You can do that right here by clicking on the photo of your item and following the steps: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/-/reporting-item-didnt-receive?id=4042
(If it is not yet time for a case to be opened, it will give you the exact date after you click the photo.)
You will be able to select whether you want the Item or a Refund
-- You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a case)

The seller must respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund. If the seller doesn't respond after 72 hours, ask eBay to Step In. You must do this before 21 days after the case was opened.

It sounds like you purchased the item as a guest.
To see the details, start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page:
LOG OUT OF YOUR eBay Account first, then
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065
Once you have the email, you can view the Order Details or talk to the seller.
You can open an Item Not Received case
1) Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
2) Select Item Not Received
3) Follow the steps

OP1 month agoThank you for this information. I did not purchase as guest. I was logged into my account. I only noticed pick up after I placed the order. I immediately messaged the seller. Still have not heard back. My cancel order was refused.

- Check the tracking for your purchase

OP1 month agook I went to purchases and now I is not even showing up. It's gone and so are my funds. So how do I get Ebay to step in?

Be sure to check Returns and Canceled
If you bought it as a guest, you can follow my earlier instructions to get the email so you can file an Item Not Received case.

OP1 month agostrange thing is, it did show previously, I even screen shot it. But now it is gone. But when I went on the link you sent, it shows up.
on my screenshot for confirmation of my order, it even says my name. Now what?

If it shows up here under Cancelled,

then you have been refunded. Check your payment source.

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
